Meet Your Instructor
Hi, I’m Ralph Lorenz.
I’m a Certified Tai Chi Instructor and Certified Qigong Trainer, and I’ve spent years teaching gentle movement to people who want to feel better in their bodies — without pushing, forcing, or risking injury.
Seated Chi Flow™ was created for students who told me:
- “Standing feels unsafe.”
- “Most exercise hurts.”
- “I want to move, but I’m afraid of making things worse.”
This program brings traditional Tai Chi and Qigong into a fully seated, approachable practice designed for real-life bodies.
You’re always in control.
Nothing is forced.
And doing less is often exactly what helps the most.
Why Seated Tai Chi & Qigong?
Tai Chi and Qigong have been practiced for centuries to support:
- Gentle strength
- Relaxation
- Balance
- Whole-body coordination
Seated Chi Flow™ adapts these traditions into safe, chair-based routines — without losing their benefits.
The Promise
In just 10 minutes a day, you’ll feel more relaxed, more mobile, and more confident moving — without pain or risk.
No pushing.
No guilt.
No pressure.
